• Full payment must be completed on or before the agreed date.

Payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Down payments are non-refundable, especially for last-minute cancellations, as ingredients and preparations are already arranged.

• Changes to orders (menu, quantity, or schedule) are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

5. Delivery and Pick-Up

• Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time and location.

• Any additional waiting time or re-delivery due to incorrect information may incur extra charges.

6. Food Quality and Safety

We prepare food with care and follow proper food handling practices.

• Customers are advised to consume food within a reasonable time after delivery.

• Hazrie’s Kitchen is not responsible for food quality once items have been received and stored improperly by the customer.
